LEGALLY
AGIR PLUS (Act More) is a non-profit organization registered in Benin under N ° 2005/0408 DEP-ATL-LITT / SC / SAG. Initiated in 2004 by Michele Akpo, a development professional born and raised in Benin, she was joined by a group of development practitioners, educators, and volunteers committed to the cause of children and young people founded the organization. Together they have decided to harness their expertise, skills, and experiences to benefit children and young people because investing in the young generation is the best way to build the future.
OBJECTIVES
They are structured around formal and lifeskills education with an emphasis on health and civic education. Specifically, Agir Plus will :

*Promote and defend children’s rights to education
*Promote and protect inclusive development especially with children with disability
*Promote and protect inclusive development especially with children with disability
*Strengthen civic education and activism among young people, especially girls.

AGIR PLUS envisions to work towards a better social justice and the reduction of poverty. Through social interventions that target mainly children and women, AGIR PLUS’s primary focus is education, the basis of all development and women’s empowerment.
